A California lawmaker has been sued over the sale of Viagra to a state lawmaker.
The state lawmaker who sued the Department of Health and Human Services in June 2013 said it had violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by denying him access to the drug because he was “not a U. S. citizen.”
The lawsuit alleged that during a visit to a local sexual dysfunction clinic, Viagra was bought from the person’s home, not from the person’s employer.
“Viagra is a controlled substance. That is why it is prohibited under California law. I’m not a U. citizen and I’m not even allowed to have sexual contact with my spouse,” the lawmaker said.
The doctor who ordered Viagra from the state lawmaker said he had not heard of Viagra being ordered by the state lawmaker because of his “poor medical condition.”
He said he has received complaints from California’s Department of Mental Health. He said he has no known connection to Viagra.
California’s Health and Human Services Department is investigating whether it was an illegal order.

“The Department of Health and Human Services is conducting an investigation into whether it is illegal to order Viagra to a person without a prescription,” said Michael C. Taylor, the Department of Health and Human Services chief administrator. “This investigation will determine if Viagra is a safe, effective drug for a health care provider.”
The investigation began in June 2013 when Taylor’s office sent a message to an e-mail address in the United States saying the doctor had ordered it from the state lawmaker.
“The state lawmaker is being investigated for a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act,” Taylor said. “We will be contacting the Department of Health and Human Services in coordination with the department of health and human services to determine the cause of the complaint and to address any potential allegations.”
Taylor said he was unable to see the message as it related to Viagra because he was in a state of “very serious” health.
“I would not have had sexual contact with my spouse,” he said. “I would not have had the ability to do so. I would not have been able to do it with my wife.”
“I am concerned about my sexual contact with my wife, and about the sexual contact I have with my husband,” he said.
He said the state lawmaker has “never spoken to me personally,” and “never spoken to a lawyer or investigator,” and has denied all allegations.
The lawmaker has also not denied a case in which he had sex with a woman.
“I don’t know if it was true. It was not true,” he said.
Taylor said he has received “very, very serious” and “very bad” warnings from the Department of Health and Human Services that he and his wife would not get the drug. He has also received reports of “sexual dysfunction, emotional distress, and distress” from his wife and the state lawmaker.
Taylor said he is in the process of reviewing “all relevant government regulations and statutes,” including the regulations for prescription drugs, to determine whether Viagra is a safe drug.
Taylor said the doctor who ordered Viagra from the state lawmaker said he had received “very bad” reports of sexual dysfunction from his wife.
Taylor said he has not spoken to the doctor and has not received a complaint from the state lawmaker. He has not made any statement of financial relationships with the lawmaker.
Taylor said he is aware of “a few cases” of sexual dysfunction from the state lawmaker. He said he has been told by the Department of Health and Human Services about the sexual dysfunction.
He said the department has not received any complaints or information about the cases. He said the department has not received any of the allegations against him.
Taylor said he believes the drug was purchased from the woman’s home.
Taylor said he believes the department of health and human services will monitor whether Viagra is being ordered.
